Established in 2024 by the C.E.O. Andreas Fritzsche.
Andreas was the founder of a business that built circa 20% of the UK’s Battery Energy Storage projects. He sold his shareholding in that business in 2023 to enable him to deliver on his vision and strategy, that vision is Novus Power.
Novus Power is expanding on that experience in developing companies specialising in 132kV grid connections and customer main substations for the ground-mounted solar and Battery Energy Storage sectors.

Andreas is an experienced leader with over two decades of experience in senior operational leadership roles. His expertise lies in the field of high-voltage infrastructure projects, where he has developed a deep understanding of the industry's complexities.
He is currently in charge of strategic planning, operational management, and leadership decision-making and effectively oversees a dedicated team, ensuring smooth operations, contributing to the organisation's overall success.

Operations Director
BE (Electrical), MBA (Distinction), Dip AM, FIET, MIoDA strategic business leader, Ami leads the Commercial and Operational sections of the business.
Ami has over two decades of experience in the energy industry, predominantly in power generation and transmission, both here in the UK and previously in New Zealand. He has previously worked for FTSE250 organisations such as SSE plc and Balfour Beatty plc.
Ami is a Fellow of Institution of Engineering and Technology, a Non-Executive Director at Zero Waste Scotland, Board member at two non-profit organisations and an Executive Board Member of Association for Black and Ethnic Engineers (AFBE).
